While it is an older property showing signs of wear, I appreciate the essential amenities for business travelers. The business centre, albeit basic, sufficed for our needs, and the convenient free Wi-Fi allowed for seamless remote work sessions. The restaurant services were commendable-both Kumar and Ramesh provided attentive service, ensuring our dining experiences were pleasant. I was particularly impressed by their culinary expertise. The gym, although modest, was adequately equipped for a quick workout after long meetings. On the downside, cleanliness was inconsistent as one of our rooms fell short in this regard. The supportive staff, including Prakash from maintenance, did their best to rectify our concerns promptly. Despite some shortcomings, Pearl remains a manageable choice for business gatherings with a willingness to improve service.
